Service Description

Purpose: Foster teamwork and collaboration through a shared artistic experience. Workshop Overview: Bring your team together in an inspiring, hands-on environment where creativity meets collaboration. This session is designed to strengthen team bonds, enhance communication, and encourage creative problem-solving as participants work together to create a shared masterpiece. Workshop Details: 1. Welcome & Introduction (10 minutes): • Overview of the session and its goals. • Icebreaker activity to energize the team. 2. Collaborative Art Project (90 minutes): • Teams work together on plates or cups artwork (e.g., Themed Crayon painting, Themed Glass painting, Themed pottery painting, or themed transfer painting). • Each member contributes their unique style while ensuring the pieces fit together cohesively. • Guidance provided to align with the theme (e.g., company values, goals, or team identity). 3. Reflection & Sharing (20 minutes): • Teams share their creations and discuss the experience. • Highlight lessons learned about teamwork and collaboration. 4. Wrap-Up & Takeaways (10 minutes): • Participants leave with a better understanding of their team dynamics and a tangible piece of art to display in the workplace. • All artworks will be taken back by the instructor to be fired in the kiln. They will be delivered back to the company within 7-14 days.
