Service Description
Group Class Description: A group class is perfect for those who enjoy a social and collaborative experience with others. In this session, you’ll join with others to share creative energy, exchange ideas, and create art together in a lively and inspiring environment. It’s a great way to meet new people while exploring your creativity! Class Introduction (EST 2H 30m) To make the session more efficient, it would be helpful if you decide on a design you’d like to work on before arriving. You can search for inspiration on Google or Pinterest and bring your ideas with you. (additional time, extra cost.) Our location is: 3515 17 Ave SW, #205 T3E 0B7 • The entrance is on the right side of the building. • You’ll see a McDonald’s across the street. • Once you arrive at the building, please use the intercom and press 700 to call me. • When you arrive at the building, I will open the door for you. Please head to the second floor and walk to the right. Our office is located #205. Parking Information You may park on the street or in any available space next to the building. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 587-893-7626. All Materials Provided Everything you’ll need for the session will be provided, so all you need to do is think about the design you’d like to create! We’ve got you covered with all the necessary materials to make your experience smooth and enjoyable. Glassware/Piece Information We also want to inform you about our pricing and complimentary offerings: Glassware/Pieces The standard size is provided free of charge. We are happy to offer one per person. Piece Selection When you arrive, you’ll have the option to choose your desired glassware or ceramic piece. You may select from the complimentary pieces, or if you prefer a larger size, you can opt for an upgrade. Please note that upgrading the size will incur an extra charge. ($10~$20) Pricing Details Please note that the price for our glassware/ceramic pieces includes the kiln firing cost, which may vary depending on the space required for your piece. This space-related cost is already reflected in the price. The price also covers any additional pigment and packaging costs. Class Timeliness To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your session. If the class runs longer than the scheduled time, an additional charge will apply. Cancellation Policy
Class Fee Refund Policy 1. 100% refund if canceled 7 days before the class start date 2. 50% refund if canceled 24Hours before the class start date 3. 0% refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the class start date If you request rescheduling at least 2 days before the class starts, it may be postponed. However, the rescheduling period cannot exceed one month. If you miss the class without prior notice after paying the fee, no refund will be provided. Please note that once the class has begun, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
